SOLAR Colloidal Silver Generator INSTRUCTIONS
Simple Instructions for Making Your Own Colloidal Silver, Using Your Emergency Preparedness Solar Home Colloidal Silver Generator...
Note: It is vital that you read these instructions carefully before attempting to make your first batch of colloidal silver!
Your Home Colloidal Silver Generator Kit contains the following:
Note: To make a high-quality colloidal silver, you MUST use distilled water, available at most large grocery stores for about $1.00 a gallon or less. Reverse osmosis water is NOT distilled water. Use distilled water for best results. Keep your distilled water at room temperature. Do not refrigerate.
Step 1.) Fill the 1-oz. dropper bottle up to the bottom of the neck with distilled water.
Step 2.) Crush about1teaspoon of sea salt and add it to the water in your dropper bottle. Close the lid and shake well to make sure the sea salt is dissolved in the water. This is your saline solution.
Step 3.) Fill a 16-oz. glass tumbler with distilled water. (A large drinking glass will do -- do not use a metal container as metal will short circuit the silver-making process.)
Step 4.) Use the dropper from your dropper bottle to add four drops of saline solution into the water in your 16 oz. glass tumbler. (If you are using a smaller glass tumbler, simply add one drop of saline solution for each 4 oz. of water in your tumbler.)
Step 5.) Insert your two .9999 pure silver rods into the water in your 16 oz. glass tumbler, being careful to bend the rods about a half inch from the top, so that they hook over the top rim of the glass.
Step 6.) Place your solar panel in or near a sunny window where there is plenty of bright sunlight (see note on "Preventing Warping and Heat Damage" following instructions), and wait about two or three minutes while the solar panel begins charging the special capacitor in the generator box.
Step 7.) Next, pick up the two alligator clips that are attached to your generator box, and briefly touch them together, watching how brightly the little bulb on the generator box glows. There is nothing to fear. Shocks are highly unlikely ( we¡¯ve never heard of anybody getting one in this process) The glowing bulb indicates that you have a good current flowing from the solar panel to the generator box.
Step 8.) Take one alligator clip and attach it to the tip of one of the silver rods that you have hooked over the rim of the glass tumbler. Then, attach the second alligator clip to the tip of the second silver rod you have hooked over the rim of the glass tumbler. Again, shocks are highly unlikely, so don¡¯t worry about attaching the alligator clips to the tips of the silver rods.
Step 9.) IT IS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU KEEP YOUR GLASS TUMBLER OUT OF THE DIRECT SUNLIGHT WHEN USING YOUR SOLAR UNIT TO MAKE COLLOIDAL SILVER. COLLOIDAL SILVER IS VERY PHOTO-SENSITIVE AND WILL QUICKLY OXIDIZE, TURN "MUDDY" AND LOSE POTENCY IF EXPOSED TO DIRECT SUNLIGHT, OR ANY OTHER SOURCE OF BRIGHT LIGHT. ONE SIMPLE SOLUTION IS TO PLACE A SMALL CARDBOARD BOX OVER YOUR GLASS TUMBLER TO KEEP THE LIGHT OUT WHILE MAKING COLLOIDAL SILVER. OR, SHIELD YOUR GLASS TUMBLER FROM DIRECT SUNLIGHT BY STANDING A SHOE BOX ON ITS END, AND PLACING YOUR GLASS TUMBLER INSIDE THE SHOE BOX WHILE MAKING COLLOIDAL SILVER.
Step 10.) Once you have attached the alligator clips to the tops of the two silver rods (Step 9), the process will begin. IMPORTANT: Be sure you do NOT let the silver rods touch each other while they are in the water. If you do, the colloidal silver-making process will stop, and the process will short out until you separate the silver rods. The silver rods should always be at least one or more inches apart while dangled in the water. Do not be concerned if the bulb on your generator box only glows dimly at this point in the process, or even not at all. If you watch carefully, you will observe tiny bubbles of hydrogen rise from one silver rod, while an ultra-fine silver mist begins to come off of the other silver rod. That fine silver mist is the result of millions of microscopic silver ions being driven into the water by the electrical charge from the generator. When using a 16 oz. glass tumbler with properly conductive water at room temperature, each minute of activation should produce a silver colloid of approximately 1 part per million (ppm). Ten to twelve minutes of activation should produce a high-quality working solution of about 10 to 12 ppm. Fifteen minutes of activation should puce a high-quality solution of about 15 ppm.
Step 11.) Once the generator has run for 10 to 15 minutes (see Step 10 for details on running time), simply detach the alligator clips from the silver rods. The process will stop immediately. Remove your silver rods from the water and dry them with a paper towel. Usually, one of your silver rods will have a dark oxide film on it after the process is over. Be sure to use the small scouring pad provided to clean and polish the darkened rod.
Step 12.) Be sure to take your solar panel out of the sunlight when you are finished so you do not cause the panel to warp (see note on "Preventing Warping and Heat Damage" following these instructions). Then, unplug the generator box from the solar panel. Be sure to store your solar panel in a safe place for protection against damage. Remember, even the highest quality solar panels include sensitive components, so be sure to store it where it will not be jostled, dropped or otherwise damaged. You can store your generator box with the accessories in the handy "zipper pouch" carrying case.
Step 13.) Use the plastic spoon to briefly stir your colloidal silver solution, evenly distributing the light silver mist throughout the water. (Do not use a metal spoon for this. Metal is conductive, and will neutralize the electrical charge held by the silver ions in the solution you have just made. This will cause the silver ions to fall out of solution, and will vastly decrease the potency of your colloidal silver.)
Step 14.) When you have finished making your first batch of colloidal silver, add ten drops of it to the saline solution in your 2 oz. dropper bottle. This will stop fungus growth in your saline solution, and will allow you to store it safely for future use in making more colloidal silver.
Additional Tips for Taking Care of Your New Solar Home Colloidal Silver Generator:
Warranty and Repair Information: Your Emergency Preparedness Solar Home Colloidal Silver Generator is warranted against defects in workmanship for one full year from the date of purchase. The warranty covers both the solar panel and the generator box. If the solar panel or generator box fails to work call us first at 720-544-7023 so we can ascertain whether or not the unit needs to be returned for repair or replacement (at our discretion) and so we can assign you a Return Authorization Number. When returning a solar unit, you will need to write the Return Authorization Number on the outside of your package, under your return address. Solar units that are returned to Silver Bullet Enterprises without a return authorization number will be refused. Additionally, it is important to note that this unit is NOT warranted against damage due to neglect or abuse of any kind. Although this unit is built with the highest quality electrical components and has been specially constructed to last for a lifetime¡¯s worth of use, it is not indestructible. The customer is solely responsible for any damage caused by dropping either the generator box or the solar panel, getting either component wet, leaving it out in inclement weather, warping the panel or its heavy duty plastic casing by leaving it in the hot sun too long, scratching the glass plate on the solar panel, and any other form of damage.
Additional Important Information: Your Emergency Preparedness Solar Home Colloidal Silver Generator allows you to make high-quality colloidal silver without the use of batteries or other conventional sources of electrical power. Instead, you are able to convert sunlight into the electrical energy needed to produce colloidal silver. However, because solar energy cannot provide the same consistency of electrical current as batteries or other sources of electrical power, the quality, potency and density of colloidal silver made with this unit may vary slightly from batch to batch. For example, if a cloud temporarily covers the sun while you are making colloidal silver, the electrical current from the solar panel may also be temporarily diminished, causing a slowing of the rate at which your colloidal silver is being made. This will affect the potency, density and quality of the batch. As such, this unit is meant primarily for emergency use, whenever fresh colloidal silver is desired but conventional power sources are not available. To achieve maximum quality, it is best to use this unit during periods of full, bright sunlight on clear sunny days when there is no haze or cloud cover to obstruct the light.
Tip #1: Always Keep Your Colloidal Silver Out of Bright Light or Direct Sunlight: Colloidal silver is extremely light sensitive. Your homemade colloidal silver should be stored in a darkly tinted glass bottle, and kept at room temperature in a dark area such as a cupboard. (Tinted glass bottles ranging from 8 to 32 oz. can be ordered inexpensively through almost any good health food store. If you cannot find a darkly tinted glass bottle, simply tape a piece of brown paper bag around the glass bottle you are storing your silver in. Tinted glass prune juice bottles from your local grocery store work well also, as do tinted wine bottles.)
Tip #2: Never store colloidal silver in a metal container. The metal will neutralize the electrical charge held by the silver ions, and ruin the potency.
Tip #3: Do not use plastic bottles to store your colloidal silver. Modern plastics are mixed with metals for stability and tend to magnetize very easily which will cause your ionic silver particles to stick to the sides of the plastic container and lose potency.
Tip #4: Do not refrigerate. As the colloid solution becomes colder, the movement of the electrified silver ion particles will slow down and fall out of solution, severely diminishing the potency. Always shake the bottle before using your stored colloidal silver to be sure the silver colloid is evenly distributed.
Tip #5: Do not store near speaker cabinets, television, radio or other strong magnetic fields. Full potency can be retained for about a month when properly stored.
Tip #6: Where to get Sea Salt. Should you need to purchase more sea salt, you can find it at most health food stores for under $2 per pound. Be sure to use pure sea salt with nothing added (no additives) and nothing removed. A puct called "Celtic Sea Salt" is often suggested. Another good puct often recommended is De Souza¡¯s Solar Sea Salt. (De Souza¡¯s can be reached at 1-800-373-5171. They may be able to tell you the nearest health food store that carries their puct, or you can make an inexpensive bulk purchase of sea salt directly from them.)
Tip #7: Where to get additional .9999 pure silver rods: You can purchase additional strands of 14 gauge ultra-pure .9999 fine silver rod direct from the distribution company at the address below. The price varies, of course, but we offer both 14 ga and 12 ga .9999 pure silver rod. Order online using your Visa , Mastercard, and American Express or Just send your check or money order to:
